We host two Green Forum evenings a year! Find information on upcoming events here
The Green Forum delivered by Talking Tree CIC is a free, public biodiversity and sustainability event that brings together local experts, volunteers, community groups, and residents to share projects that protect and enhance nature in Spelthorne and the surrounding area. The core purpose is learning, networking, and inspiring community action.
The Green Forum is a twice‑yearly evening event featuring short talks from people working on practical, local environmental projects. It’s designed to:
Highlight work that protects green spaces, wildlife, and local habitats
Connect residents, students, volunteers, and organisations
Spark collaboration between groups working on nature and sustainability
Encourage people to get involved in hands‑on projects
This aligns with Talking Tree’s mission to build a carbon‑neutral, nature‑rich community through education, volunteering, and practical action.
The next Green Forum event will be held at Royal Holloway university on Tuesday 24th November 2026
